Ingredients

- 100g Frozen Blueberries
- 100ml Single/Heavy Cream
- 2 TSP 100% Cocoa Powder

Directions

- Put the frozen blueberries in a food processor followed by the cocoa powder. Then pour the cream over the top until the blueberries are just covered.

- Wait for at least 2 minutes, some creams might take more like 4 minutes to freeze. After waiting turn on the food processor for 30 seconds, and you're ice cream is made.

- Use a spoon to scoop into a bowl with 2 or 3 scoops per person, which is about 3-5g of carbs.
