Day 21, and I am 96.3kg before breakfast which is 7kg up from my starting AM weight and 0.8kg up from yesterday morning. Last night I was 96.4kg, making my mean for Day 20, 95.95kg, which is +6.25kg from the start! As it was the last day I also weighed myself this evening at 97.3kg, giving me a mean for day 21 at 96.8kg, which is a massive +7.1kg up from the start and +0.1kg above the calorie formula on a 53,872 k/cal surplus. To put that in perspective over the 21 day low carb high fat diet experiment I put on +1.3kg on a 56,654 k/cal surplus, a difference of 5.8kg…a calorie is a calorie though? Well I’m currently writing my full conclusion which should be out this week to address all of the differences between the 2 experiments addressing dietary fibre, thermic effect of protein and glycogen as I did in the video above. My waist measurement this morning was 87.5cm which is 9.5cm up from my day 1 AM measurement. Last night I was 88cm giving me a mean waist of 87cm for day 20, which is 7.5cm up from the start mean waist measurement. This evening’s waist measurement was 90cm giving me a mean for day 21 of 88.75cm, which is +9.25cm up from the beginning. Again to put it in perspective on the low carb high fat diet experiment I lost -3cm from my waist, and as my waist started at the same point it’s fair to say that totals a 12.25cm difference between the 2 diets!
