Day 21 of The 21 Day 5,000 Calorie Challenge



Day 21, and my AM weight was 86.5kg and I finished the day on 87.3kg making my finishing mean for the whole experiment 86.9kg, which is 1.3kg up from my starting mean weight! According to the calorie formula I should have been up by 7.3kg as I’m now in a 56,654 calorie surplus to 92.9kg from my starting mean weight of 85.6kg.

My waist measurement in the AM was 75.5cm and in the PM it was 77.5cm giving me a mean waist of 76.5cm, which is 3cm down from the start!?
