Ingredients

- 1 Avocado
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 6 Small Slices of Cheese

Directions

- Cut the avocado in half and de-stone, place one egg yolk in each half then place the cheese slices around the middle of the avocados.

- Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 220C/425F and eat to your heart's content. This makes for a great breakfast/snack on the go or part of a lunch box wrapped in foil or cling film or put in a Tupperware box.
