Cooking time 15 minutes! 2 knobs of butter, 25g desicated coconut, 75g chopped almonds, 600g chicken, 2 avocados, 3 tomatoes and 1 red onion
80g cashew flour, 80g chopped dates, 30g raisins, 10g 100% coco powder, blend until consistently mixed, mold into bars, stars or any shape you like
150g of pecans, equal amount of water, hand blend until smooth, microwave for 90 seconds…eat the fat
