Day 1, and I am 95.4kg or 210.3 lbs before breakfast, I will be taking an evening measurement to see what my starting weight is for FAKE FOOD REHAB! My waist measurement this morning was 88cm or 34.6 inches, which is the highest yet, and again I’ll be taking an evening measurement to see what my starting waist is.

As I mention in today’s video diary today I’m getting my BodPod assessment to see where my lean and fat mass percentages are which I’ll update you with in tomorrow’s video diary and also in the post CARB experiment conclusion along with my blood work. Which shows that eating a 5,793 calorie a day diet of high carb low fat fake foods lowers your total cholesterol…but you’ll have to wait until the conclusion to find out why it’s a bad thing. In the mean time you can read my conclusion from the low carb high fat diet experiment right here to see why I didn’t put on as much weight as the previous diet!
