Day 13 Of The 21 Day FAKE FOOD REHAB Challenge



Unfortunately I had no time for a video diary today, but I was able to record my actual weigh in with my phone…hope you like the music! :)

Day 13, and I am 91.1kg or 200.6lbs before breakfast and 91.5kg or 201.7lbs just before dinner, which gives me a mean for day 13 of 91.3kg or 201.3lbs…that’s -4.7kg or 10.4lbs down since day 1! Last night I was 91.8kg or 202.4lbs, giving me a mean weight for day 12 of 91.4kg or 201.5lbs, which is -4.6kg or 10.3lbs down from day 1.

My waist measurement this morning was 81cm or 31.9 inches and 83cm or 32.7 inches this evening, giving me a mean of 82cm or 32.3 inches…that’s -6.25cm or 2.5cm down from day 1! Last night I was 83cm or 32.7 inches giving me a mean waist for day 12 of 82.25cm or 32.4 inches, which is -6cm or 2.4 inches down from my day 1 mean waist measurement.
