Day 17, and I am 90.4kg or 199.3lbs before breakfast, which is -5kg or 11lbs from my starting AM measurement! Last night I was 90.9kg or 200.4lbs giving me a mean for day 16 of 90.8kg or 200.2lbs, which is -5.2kg or 11.5lbs from my day 1 mean weight. My waist measurement this morning was 81cm or 31.9 inches again, which is -7cm or 2.8 inches down from my starting AM waist measurement. Last night I was 82.5cm or 32.5 inches giving me a mean of 82cm or 32.3 inches for day 16, which is -6.25cm or 2.5 inches down from my day 1 mean waist.
