Day 19, and I am 90.3kg or 199.1lbs before breakfast, which is -5.1kg or 11.2lbs from my starting AM measurement! Last night I was 90.8kg or 200.2lbs giving me a mean for day 18 of 90.65kg or 199.8lbs again, which is -5.35kg or 11.8lbs from my day 1 mean weight. My waist measurement this morning was 80cm or 31.5 inches again, which is -8cm or 3.1 inches down from my starting AM waist measurement. Last night I was 83cm or 32.7 inches giving me a mean of 82cm or 32.3 inches for day 18, which is -6.25cm or 2.5 inches down from my day 1 mean waist.
