Day 20 Of The 21 Day FAKE FOOD REHAB Challenge


Day 20, and I am 90.6kg or 199.7lbs before breakfast, which is -4.8kg or 10.6lbs from my starting AM measurement! Last night I was 91kg or 200.6lbs giving me a mean for day 19 of 90.65kg or 199.8lbs again, which is -5.35kg or 11.8lbs from my day 1 mean weight. My waist measurement this morning was 80.5cm or 31.7 inches, which is -7.5cm or 3 inches down from my starting AM waist measurement. Last night I was 82.5cm or 32.5 inches giving me a mean of 81.25cm or 32 inches for day 19, which is -7cm or 2.8 inches down from my day 1 mean waist.
