Day 21, and I am 90.1kg or 198.6lbs before breakfast, and 90.6kg or 199.7lbs before dinner. Giving me a final mean of 90.35kg or 199.3lbs, which is -5.65kg or 12.5lbs down from my day 1 weight of 96kg or 211.6lbs. Overall this comes to a -43,750 k/cals or -2,083 k/cals a day deficit over the past 21 days although I have been eating at calorie maintenance, approximately 3,500 kc/als a day. I will be going more into this in my final conclusion with my final blood test results and BodPod assessment.
My waist measurement this morning was 79.5cm or 31.3 ins, and 82cm or 32.3 ins before dinner. Giving me a final mean of 80.75cm or 31.8 ins, which is -7.5cm or 3 ins down from my day 1 waist of 88.25cm or 34.7 ins. You can see my before and after pictures below as well with my final results graph.
