10. Black Skinhead – Kanye West
Best known for being on The Wolf of Wall Street trailer and soundtrack, this is a sure fire to get you...fired up for your workout with it's deep bass and writhing rhythm!
9. Lose Yourself – Eminem
Another movie soundtrack song that will get your heart pumping and quite literally get you to lose yourself in the moment!
8. Firestarter – The Prodigy
An absolute classic in the UK and will get a fire started in your belly to absolutely smash your workout!
7. Phat Planet – Leftfield
Most well known in the UK for featuring on a Guinness advert with charging horses in amongst waves and surfers, this track will get you in the zone!
6. Sabotage – Beastie Boys
With a music video directed by the great Spike Jonze, this is a cult classic that will bring out your inner teenager...if you're of a certain age that is!
5. Eye of the Tiger – Survivor
Often placed at the top of most workout track top tens, this song is synonymous with the Rocky films and will give you the eye of the tiger but it's not our number one!
4. Enter Sandman – Metallica
The song that made Metallica who they are today with over 30 million copies sold worldwide, if you're into heavy metal at all this is a must on any workout playlist!
3. Back in Black – AC/DC
Voted the 4th best metal song of all time by VH1, if you're a fan of Ironman...you're a fan of this song!
2. My Hero – Foo Fighters
The Foo Fighters had to be on this list some where and although this isn't my favourite song from them, it is my favourite to workout to. With memories of the film Varsity Blues this song will keep you focused toward the end of your workout!
1. Killing in the Name – Rage Against The Machine
Having made a comeback in 2009 for the Christmas number one in the UK in protest of The X Factor's dominance, this song makes me think I'm Neo from The Matrix every time which enables me dodge bullets and fly!
